It is a 25 m² unit decorated in a contemporary style, featuring wooden flooring, high ceiling and huge windows to give the whole space a light and airy feel. The apartment offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed, a small balcony with street views and a fully stocked kitchen with gas cooking. The bedroom is loft style and can be reached via a ladder.
This unit is located minutes away from central Brussels. The surrounding neighborhood is diverse and multicultural. On Avenue Louise you can expect to enjoy excellent restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets, vibrant nightlife, and a wide variety of historic and cultural attractions.

- The high ceilings give the apartment a light, airy atmosphere.
- The small balcony is very cosy and nice.
- There is plenty of storage space available.
- The light rail is very close.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is loft style and requires you to climb some ladders.
