This 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is on a charming street in the center of Brussels. The apartment has an open-flow between the kitchen and living room creating a bright and spacious common room. The big balcony windows provide lots of light, in addition to the amazing view of the plaza below.
The apartment is located on a charming street, directly across from a beautiful church. The neighborhood is very charming with cobblestone streets and plenty of cute and tasty restaurants to choose from. You are also well-connected with a metro stop a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The balcony overlooks a lovely church and charming plaza.
- We love the open-layout, high ceilings, and big windows.
- There is a sofa-bed – perfect for guests!
- You have access to a washing machine in a shared laundry room.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor and has a steep ladder and a low ceiling.
- There is no elevator in the building.
