This bright 3-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent on Rue du Souverain, Ixelles. This is a modern and spacious apartment with clean communal areas. The living area has a couch and TV with a dining table that seats 3 behind. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave and kettle. The shared bathroom is modern with a double sink, shower/bath combo and toilet, as well as good storage space below the sinks and behind the mirrors.

The surrounding neighbourhood has good transport links including trams and buses. There is a gym, supermarket and police station all within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a selection of surrounding restaurants.

Room description

Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a skylight window that lets in plenty of natural light. It has a gorgeous white wood panelled ceiling and good storage space, with a standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers. This bedroom also has a desk with lamp which is excellent for students.
