This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 42.1 m² footprint on Kaisermühlenstraße in Donaustadt. The open-plan kitchen and living room are well-equipped with modern appliances including a TV, oven and 4-burner stove along with everything you need to cook up a storm. The bedroom is accessible just off the living room and has a double bed and a desk so you can get some work done.
The University of Vienna is within 20-minutes using the metro. There are also plenty of shops at the Donau Zentrum shopping centre which is 15-minutes away by bus. However, if you're in Vienna to see the sights, you'll love that the Hundertwasser House and Danube Tower are easily accessible by public transport.
What we liked the most
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- This apartment has a large balcony accessible from the bedroom which also lets in plenty of natural light.
- This is a 2nd floor apartment with an elevator so you won't need to carry your things up too many stairs!
- There is public transport nearby so you can easily get around Vienna.
- The bathroom in this apartment is spacious and modern with a tiled floor, shower, toilet, sink and large mirror.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine and a dryer in the common area of the apartment.
- Although there is heating, there is no AC in this apartment.
