This modern studio apartment with a balcony is located on Kaisermühlenstraße in Donaustandt. The fully furnished 45 m² open plan living space is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and plenty of storage space throughout.
Donaustandt is a largely residential area of Vienna and the contrast between the parks, the Danube river, urban cafes and industrial architecture is a charming feature of the region, and you will find it all close to the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a large living area with a comfy couch and flat screen TV.
- The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven and dishwasher.
- The bathroom is spacious and modern.
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The living area opens out onto a large balcony with street views.
