2. Take photos when you move into the property

   You just need to upload the photos after check-in to record the condition of the accommodation.

3. Follow what’s agreed in the contract

   If you have taken care of the property, paid your bills and followed the rules, you are covered against unfair deductions.

4. If the landlord does not return the deposit, we step in

   The landlord has up to 3 months to return it to you. If they do not, let us know so we can review your case and refund the deposit to you.

5. We support you every step of the way

   If any questions or issues come up, our team is available to help you throughout the process.
