This studio apartment to rent on Calle Callao is on the ground floor. You’ll walk through a beautiful interior courtyard to get to your apartment. It’s a single space with tile flooring and has contemporary touches. The area is furnished with a sofa and a 2-seat dining table. There is an Ikea shelving unit in the center of the space, which allows the sleeping area to be a bit more private. The kitchen, which is in a small nook, is fully equipped and even has a washing machine, along with a microwave, hot plate and small fridge. The tiled bathroom is the only fully-enclosed space.
Triana is a colorful part of town close to the arched Isabel II bridge, which extends over the Alfonso XIII canal. If you love lively markets and restaurants, then this is the place to be. You can walk to downtown Seville, but it’s quicker to take public transportation. There are a number of popular tourist sights nearby, but your practical needs will also be met. The Triana market is just a minute away, and banks are easy to find. If you’re a student, you can easily walk to the University of Seville in 22 minutes.
