A gorgeous studio apartment with access to a large rooftop terrace is available to rent right across the canal from the Plaza de Toros in Triana, Seville. The property is spacious for a studio and has an ample living room, where you will find a small sofa, the equipped kitchenette, and a dining table. It also has a sofa bed and 2 built-in wardrobes. The bedroom is separate from the main room, which gives the apartment the feeling of being a 1-bedroom property. The bathroom is modern and clean with a large shower.
Triana is a central and vibrant neighborhood. Around the apartment, you'll find plenty to do-- the area is full of delicious restaurants, bars, cafes, and museums. Triana is the 6th most visited neighbourhood in the world!
What we liked the most
- The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to watch a sunset or have some friends over for dinner on a sunny day.
- The bedroom is separate from the main room, giving the studio the impression of being a 1-bedroom apartment.
- The apartment is centrally located-- the Plaza de Toros is just across the canal!

- The property is on the 3rd floor, but the building does not have an elevator.
