Located in the lively Alameda neighborhood is this newly renovated 35 m² studio apartment available to rent. The first thing you notice when entering the apartment is a large open room filled with natural light. To the left you have a fully equipped, country-style kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a large refrigerator. There is also a living room area furnished with a couch, armchair, and television. The bedroom area can be separated from the living room with long floor-length curtains and comes with a clothing rack and double bed.
Alameda is a popular neighborhood in Seville because it is home to a huge plaza lined with bars and restaurants, and it even has a small playground making it family-friendly. On Calle Reposo, you are tucked away from the bustle of the plazas, allowing for a quiet atmosphere. You are also located minutes from Calle Torneo, one of the main avenues of Seville, where you can find plenty of bus connections.
What we liked the most
- Guadaira said it clearly, an AC unit in Seville is a must to survive the summer!
- The big windows let in plenty of natural light and keep out the street noise.
- The large wardrobe provides storage, a full-length mirror, and helps reflect all the sunlight.
- There is a spacious and elegant bathroom.
Things to keep in mind
- You are minutes from the Alameda plaza – the perfect place for a quick drink or to spend a day chatting with friends.
- If you love movies, be sure to check out Alameda Multicines, which has old-school theater decor.
