This recently renovated studio apartment in Alameda provides a modern and trendy home in a central location. The studio is pretty spacious, but feels even bigger with high ceilings and several big windows that look out onto the street. The apartment has an industrial-style decor with wooden beams, industrial lamps, and exposed brick. There are 2 single beds which can be separated from the living room area by curtains, a living room with plenty of seating and a television, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space.
Alameda is a popular neighborhood in Seville because it is home to a huge plaza lined with bars and restaurants, and it even has a small playground making it family-friendly. On Calle Reposo, you are tucked away from the bustle of the plazas, allowing for a quiet atmosphere. You are also located minutes from Calle Torneo one of the main avenues of Seville, where you can find plenty of bus connections.
What we liked the most
- The studio is in one of Guadaira the homechecker's favorite neighborhoods!
- There are a lot of windows that also block out the street noise.
- For a studio, there is a pretty spacious kitchen.
- You are minutes from the Alameda plaza – the perfect place for a quick drink or to spend a day chatting with friends.
- If you love movies, be sure to check out Alameda Multicines, which has old-school theater decor.
