This bright and spacious apartment is set on the thrid floor of an elegant building with doorman and elevator. It features a double living room with a sofa, a dining table and a sofa bed. The room is filled with natural light and overlooks a quiet courtyards. The two large bedrooms both offer a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with gast stove, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. A small additional room can be used a storage space or as a private studio. The house offers wifi internet connection and washing machine.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
