A charming and spacious 3rd floor apartment in the heart of historical Rome.It features an entrance hall, a very large and cozy living room with working desk, dining table and 2 big sofas to relax and watch TV. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a standard double bed and bathroom with shower.The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. The apartment has wi-fi connection, air-conditioning and heating. Located in a beautiful historical building with elevator (only 4 steps to reach it). The house features original wooden beam ceilings and handmade terracotta floor tiles. The Pantheon is around the corne and other beautiful historic sights such as Piazza Navona and Campo dé Fiori flowers market are a short walk away.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
