Delightful studio located on the third floor of a historic building without a lift, a few steps from the lively Campo de' Fiori. The house is small but equipped with all comforts such as wifi, air conditioning, independent heating and washing machine. A sofa bed for one and a half is added to the sleeping area. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and a kitchenette with fridge, oven, hob and all utensils. Also available to guests is a shared terrace where you can admire the splendid Roman sunsets over the roofs of the historic building.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
