Otello is an apartment renovated and furnished at the end of 2016, the furniture is the result of a careful study of the details, inspired by the design with author's prints, functional in every detail, it is the perfect choice for the most attentive traveler, ideal for groups with its three bathrooms, one in each room, and with the living room opening onto the kitchen. The location is equally ideal. In front of the metro cyprus the vatican museums, in an area served by dozens of shops, including a 24hours supermarket. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a renovated building. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, two triple bedrooms with internal bathroom, a double bedroom with private external bathroom. It is equipped with TV and air conditioning in every room. Prohibition to bring animals inside the apartment.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
