Lovely apartment set on the third floor of a period building in the picturesque Rione Monti, close to the Colosseum, Via Nazionale and a short walk to the Tridente area. The flat offers a dining area, separate kitchen with fridge, cooking stove, sink and all utensils. The living room features a sofa, a wide bookshelf and flat tv and leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment is very quet and has been recently renovated.

The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
