This 50 m² studio apartment available to rent feels like a country home in the neighborhood of Brera. The bedroom area is located on a mezzanine floor above the open-concept kitchen and living room. There is an entertainment area with a flat-screen TV; the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen corner. We can't forget of course the large and beautiful terrace.
The apartment reflects its neighborhood, Brera, known for its special charm. Here you can find narrow streets full of boutiques, antique shops, and cozy cafés. If your private terrace isn't enough nature, you can also make your way over to the large Parco Sempione.
What we liked the most
- The high ceilings, window arches, and lush green terrace make you forget you are living in the middle of a cosmopolitan city.
- There is an AC unit, necessary for the hot summer months.
- The couch in the living room can be turned into a single bed – perfect for guests!
- The kitchen comes with an elegant island equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, sink, and storage space.
- The apartment is just 3 minutes away from the closest metro station.
