We're certain you'll fall in love with this compact, yet stylish studio apartment, to rent on Via San Carpoforo in Brera. The apartment is decorated to be like a ship's cabin, with lots of clean wooden surfaces and space saving solutions, which really help maximise the space in the apartment. There is a large double bed, and a great deal of shelving and hidden storage, so there'll be no trouble storing your belongings In the bathroom there is a washbasin and a wet area with a door, where you will find the toilet and the shower.
You'll be living right in the centre of Milan, one of the best areas you can live in the city, just a short walk from the Castello and its park, where you can also find the Arena Civica, the aquarium, and several museums. Via San Carpoforo is a beautiful, narrow pedestrian street lined with cafes and bars (although the apartment is to the rear, so you won't be affected by the noise), and nearby you can find all the amenities you need for day-to-day life.
What we liked the most
- There is a bench style sofa, which has a sideboard in front which folds out to a dining table. There is another fold out table that functions as a desk.
- Your kitchen is compact but organised to save space, and includes shelving, and even a gas stove.
- You will be just a few minute's from the stunning Castello Sforzesco, which also houses several art galleries.
- All of Milan's centre is within walking distance, including all of its shopping!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have a full size oven, but it does have a gas stove with 2 hobs and a small electric oven.
- The landlady does not accept couples because of the size of the apartment.
