This studio apartment for rent is a completely renovated home in a traditional Milan housing property. The studio is furnished with a double bed that folds up into the wall, a table that can be be extended, and a walk-in closet with a chest of drawers.
Magenta is a historical neighborhood of Milan that is known for its charming narrow streets. Nearby you have a cinema and markets, in addition to the many shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you want an authentic Italian experience, this is the neighborhood to do it in.
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment is renovated and fully equipped with modern amenities.
- The double-bed can fold into the wall and become a couch.
- The table can also extend to make it bigger.
- The studio comes equipped with an oven, washing machine and flat-screen TV.
- The shower and sink are separate from the toilet.
- The apartment is within walking distance of the metro, tram, and bus stops.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not have an elevator, you can only access the studio by the stairs.
- The kitchen comes with a mini refrigerator.
