An exquisite one bedroom apartment with a private terrace is available to rent Navigli, Milan. With a floor area of 80 sqm, this large apartment offers a stylish open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sitting area and a television. The modern bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and shower, and also features a washing machine.
The apartment is located on Via Trincea Delle Frasche, very close to the tram and bus, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and green spaces.
What we liked the most
- The University of Bocconi is a few minutes' away.
- The ample private terrace has gorgeous street views and is ideal for entertaining.
- The bedroom is beautifully decorated and equipped with a comfortable king bed.
- The apartment has been recently renovated and is very stylish.
- Navigli is a charming area full of canals and shops.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord can equip the bedroom with two single beds instead of a king bed on request.
- There is a storage room by the terrace that is not available to be used by the tenants.
