Rooms are available to rent in this brightly-decorated apartment in a quiet, tree-lined street in the Chiesa Rossa district. The rooms have been painted yellow to create a warm atmosphere. The tenants have a shared bathroom with shower, living area with a kitchen to cook meals, plus a pleasant balcony to enjoy the street views while catching up with the news from your new flat-mates. There's a separate laundry room for washing, which is a good size for tackling the weekly wash. The apartment is ideal if you want to live in a suburb with its own character yet have an easy commute to explore Milan's landmarks.
The apartment is in a lovely residential district which is very close to the vast Parco Agricolo Sud Milano park set up to preserve the Po valley heritage. I'ts also just 20 minutes by metro to central Milan so it's a great location for enjoying peace and quiet yet being close enough to enjoy all that Milan has to offer. It's a 4-minute walk to the main Via Medeghino for shops, the post office, restaurants and public transport. The apartment is on a residential street with trees and parking areas.
