Beds are available to rent in a shared occupancy rooma in a 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Tibaldi in Milan, shared with the live-in landlord. The apartment is fully-equipped with all the facilities you might need, including washing machine and oven, and has plenty of natural light thanks to the full-length windows. It is would make a comfortable and convenient home for professionals and students alike.
The popular student area of Tibaldi is part of the larger Ticinese area which also attracts many tourists as there are plenty of picturesque squares and parks to be discovered as well as bars and restaurants to suit every taste or budget. There are all the necessary amenities close to the property, including cafes, takeaways, a gym and a pharmacy.
What we liked the most
- There is one large balcony and 2 smaller ones so plenty of outdoor space to people-watch or dry laundry.
- A bike rack is an added bonus so you can store your bike safely and securely.
- The pop-art style art-work is a fun added detail.
- There is a Carrefour Express supermarket just across the road from the apartment, ideal for last-minute purchases.
- This location is fantastic for students as it is home to Universita Bocconi and IULM.
