This cosy studio apartment on Calle Lopez de Hoyos, in Salamanca, is fully furnished and comes equipped with central heating. The 37 m² property has a main room with a double bed, dining table, and a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment is located in an upscale area, close to the IE Business School, Paseo de la Castellana and the Natural Sciences Museum. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore nearby, and the Metro stops a short walk away to take you around the city.
What we liked the most
- Salamanca is one of the best areas to live in Madrid.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and cozy.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled and also offers a washing machine.
- There is good storage space.
- There is central heating to keep you comfortable over winter.
