Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment to rent on the ground floor has easy access. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with rooms facing the internal courtyard or terrace. There are several universities nearby which makes it a lovely property for students. The apartment has been elegantly decorated with classic furniture and plenty of photos on the walls so you'll feel at home and comfortable. The galley kitchen has all you need for cooking meals to enjoy around the table lit by a sophisticated chandelier. The living area leads to the terrace complete with plants plus seating and a table to enjoy an alfresco breakfast.
If you're looking for a peaceful location with easy access to central Madrid, then Valdezarza is right up your street. The apartment is just off the main Calle de Antonio Machado where you can catch the bus or the Valdezarza metro station is 7 minutes away. There are plenty of banks and shops nearby as well as a grocery store in the next street and 2 bakeries to buy sweet and savoury snacks on your way to work or university.

- We just adore the classic furniture - it's like living in a movie set!
- There's plenty of room on the terrace to dine outside.
