The 35 m² studio available to rent is a bright and cozy home located in the upmarket Salamanca district. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a room flooded with light and a modern all-white decor. The kitchenette is separated from the living room area by a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking and meal prep. The studio is furnished with a single bed, which you can use for seating in addition to the couch. The apartment has small details such as the curtains and mirror that will instantly make you feel at home.

Salamanca is one of Madrid's upscale neighborhoods with beautiful buildings, tree-lined streets, and boutique shops. On Calle del Gneral Oraá, you have plenty of delicious restaurants nearby worth trying, as well as essentials such as banks and grocery stores. You can also take a relaxing stroll to Paseo de la Castellana, where you have a metro stop and more shopping and dining options.

What we liked the most

The apartment gets lots of sunlight and is very cozy.
There is AC to keep you cool during the hot summers.
We love the kitchen's breakfast bar!
The IE Business School campus is just 7 minutes away.
