This 25 m² studio apartment on Calle General Oraá, Salamanca, opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace and can accommodate 1 tenant. The property has a private bathroom, single bed, and a basic yet fully functional kitchen.
Salamanca is an elegant neighbourhood considered one of the best places to live in Madrid. The IE Business School is just around the corner, and you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport right on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has a table and 4 chairs to enjoy a meal in the sun.
- The bathroom is fully tiled.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.

- The apartment is in a quiet area, but there is plenty to explore nearby.
