A central studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's coveted Malasaña neighbourhood. This apartment is cosy, with a main room that serves all purposes. There is a comfortable double bed, a living space, and a partially equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space.
Malasaña is an exciting neighbourhood which is popular amongst people of all tastes and budgets. The narrow streets are lined with bars, restaurants, cafés and vintage stores - you could never be bored here. Most of Madrid is within walking distance of the apartment, but you can also catch the metro from Callao station which is 1 minute away.
What we liked the most
- Madrid's main landmarks; Sol, Gran Via and Callao are all under 10 minutes away.
- AC units are installed in the apartment.
- The modern bathroom features stylish, charcoal-coloured tiling.
- The living room has a sofa bed which is ideal for guests.
