A bright studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's bustling Malasaña area. The interior is cosy, consisting of a main room which serves as a comfortable sleeping area, a living space and a partially equipped kitchen.
This apartment is on the edge of Malasaña, one of Madrid's best areas due to its individual character. There are hundreds of places to dine, drink and socialise nearby, and this area retains a local feel which makes it seem like a small village. You can walk to most places in the city from here, but if you're tired, catch the metro from Callao which is 1 minute away.
What we liked the most
- The living area has a sofa which turns into a double bed for guests.
- AC units are spread throughout the property.
- Sol, the geographical centre of Spain, is just 6 minutes away.
- Callao metro station can be reached in 1 minute.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove, a toaster and a microwave.
