Spotahome is proud to present an interior 2 bedroom apartment for rent, situated on Calle de Castello in the luxurious district of Salamanca. The apartment is extremely cosy, consisting of a bathroom, equipped with a shower, a bright kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area and the two fully furnished bedrooms. You will be based close to a metro station and will have easy access to the city centre, along with Madrid's universities. There are plenty of shops and stores located nearby, along with the IE Business School, making this an ideal place for students. The area of the apartment is 55m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to the IE Business school - perfect for students who don't want a long commute.
- You will be located in one of Madrid's most luxurious districts- Salamanca-, filled with fancy shops and beautifully designed buildings.
- The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and comes equipped with a dishwasher - no more dirty dishes piling up!
- The cosy living room is fully furnished and complete with a television, along with a dining area, perfect for hanging out with your flatmates.
- This is an interior apartment - it's very quiet, so you won't be bothered by the noises of the street.
