This modern 3-bedroom apartment comes with all the essentials, and covers a generous 70 m² on Calle de Guzman el Bueno in Rios Rosas. Furnished with modern appliances throughout, including a washing machine, TV, and microwave as well as boasting a well-equipped bathroom, this apartment has everything you need to move in.
There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the surrounding blocks, including a supermarket. The Universidad Complutense de Madrid is only a 20-minute walk away, while Oeste Park is only a 15-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is a spacious wardrobe in each bedroom.
- The large lounge will become the heart of your home.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
