This studio apartment on Calle Patio de la Alberca, in San Miguel Alto, is 45 m² and opens out onto a gorgeous terrace with stunning views. The property receives plenty of natural light, and is furnished with a sofa bed and has a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located in a charming neighbourhood, surrounded by cultural attractions and historical buildings. The bus stops a short walk away, and you will also find a lovely small park and a restaurant within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is equipped with AC.
- The modern bathroom is beautifully tiled.
- The terrace has a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy a drink while you admire the views.
- Cristina the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- This is one of the nicest areas in Granada.
- The San Miguel observation deck is located nearby.
- You have access to a communal swimming pool open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room.
- There is no oven, but the kitchen is otherwise well equipped.
