This charming 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Patio de la Alberca, in San Miguel Alto, is 70 m² and comes equipped with AC. The property receives plenty of natural light and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living area that opens out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located in beautiful part of Granada, surrounded by historical buildings. The bus stops a short walk away, and you will also find a lovely small park and a restaurant within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The balcony comes with a table and chairs to enjoy a drink outdoors.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and television.
- The apartment has nice tiled floors, making it easy to clean.
- The bedroom is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe.
- Cristina the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- The San Miguel observation deck is located nearby.
- You have access to a communal swimming pool open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September.
