Ideal for students, this apartment features four affordable bedrooms and two bathrooms.The apartment is located in the San Francisco Javier district which is 5 minutes walk from the Cartuja campus of the University of Granada, as well as Los Doctores, the hub of all student nightlife. Notable Granada districts such as the Albaicín and the Alhambra are all within 30 minutes walk from the apartment. Every bedroom is furnished with a standalone wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The tenants can also enjoy the Spanish sunshine and views of Granada from the balcony in the spacious living room. The entire apartment measures 100 m2.

- There are lots of green areas near the apartment which is ideal if you enjoy running in the park or laying out on the grass reading a book in the sunshine.
Things to keep in mind
- Due to the very central location of the flat there could be some noise from the streets below, however as a student it will be hard not to join in with the festivities too.
- The apartment is on the fourth floor but fortunately there is an elevator.
