This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Martinez de la Rosa in the Ronda area of Granada City Center. The 65 m² interior apartment provides a quiet atmosphere with a balcony overlooking an interior patio. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a large living room and dining area. The rooms come fully furnished and each room has an individual key for added privacy.
In the Ronda neighborhood, the apartment is ideal for students only a 2-minute walk from the University of Granada's Fuentenueva Campus. A student-friendly area you are surrounded by plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. There is plenty to do within walking distance, but you can also explore Granada with plenty of buses close by.
