This shared apartment offers four couple-friendly rooms for rent separately. Three of the rooms are furnished with a double bed, and one offers both a single bed and a double bed. Shared amenities include a full kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, a living area and a backyard. Wi-Fi is already installed and ready to use. This modern and tidy apartment is located on Bolton Street, Broadstone. This neighbourhood has something for everyone, with several art galleries, pubs, restaurants and the beautiful Dublin City Council Park all nearby. The area is also a shopping and entertainment paradise, with Cineworld, the largest cinema complex in Ireland, and some of the best shopping Dublin has to offer only a short walk away. This flat is also close to public transport, and you can easily walk to Dublin's City Center and Temple Bar.

This room does not have a window and it is furnished with twin beds, a desk, shelving, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It can accommodate couples.

What we liked the most
- As you walk into the flat you will step into a pleasant sitting area with two sofas.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a dining table for six.
- All rooms for rent are fully furnished and have an independent key.
- Room 3 has two beds, one single and one double.
- There is a washing machine inside the flat and you can dry your washing in the backyard.
- These rooms are couple-friendly, and rooms for couples in Dublin are hard to come by!
- If you love shopping, then this is the place for you, with Henry street, Arnotts Department Store, and Jervis and Ilac shopping centres all located within walking distance from the flat.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located at basement level and none of the bedrooms have a window.
- There is no television in the flat.
- There is a backyard in the apartment, but we were unable to photograph it.
