This area, known as Broadstone, is a great place to live, offering shops, supermarket, parks and a range of local amenities such as gyms, banks and hairdressers. Dublin's City Centre is only one kilometre away across the river, and you can walk to Temple Bar in just 12 minutes. This fully furnished flat offers two rooms with double beds and desks, which can be rented by either couples or singles. Shared amenities include one bathroom, a backyard, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The apartment is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi is already installed.

- The apartment is modern and very tidy, with easy-to-clean tiled flooring throughout.
- There is central heating installed to keep you cozy during the cold winter months.

- The living area is a pleasant common space where tenants can enjoy a meal or share an after-work drink, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for four.
- Both rooms can accommodate couples.
- The apartment has a great location in central Dublin, within walking distance to the city centre and Temple Bar.
- There are also several shopping centres nearby.

- The kitchen only has a small refrigerator.
- The apartment has a backyard that we were unable to photograph.
