2 Rooms are for rent in this cosy 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a garden situated in the neighbourhood of Terenure. This area is calm and residential, but there are pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance from the house. The interior is very homely, decorated by the live-in landlady with tasteful traditional and modern furniture. The house has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining area and this room features a large table around which housemates can enjoy meals together. During summer, tenants can walk 17 minutes to reach the charming Tymon Park.
Room description
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable single bed and access to an ensuite bathroom. This room also has a heating unit, which is conveniently positioned just next to the bed. Tenants can study on the desk, and store their belongings in the standalone wardrobe.
