2 Rooms are for rent in this cosy 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a garden situated in the neighbourhood of Terenure. This area is calm and residential, but there are pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance from the house. The interior is very homely, decorated by the live-in landlady with tasteful traditional and modern furniture. The house has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining area and this room features a large table around which housemates can enjoy meals together. During summer, tenants can walk 17 minutes to reach the charming Tymon Park.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed. This room also has a heating unit for warmth, and a desk for studying or working from home. Tenants can store their belongings in the chest of drawers, on the shelf, or in the standalone wardrobe.
