Fantastic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with balcony and breathtaking 78th-floor views in Dubai Marina. The 84m2 apartment is elegant and luxurious, featuring large windows, pool access, available parking and modern appliances. The bedroom and the living room both have access to balconies offering one of the best views of the city.
This neighborhood offers anything you might need to fully enjoy your stay in the city. The beach is just a short walk away and you will be close to Dubai Media City Park and plenty of tall skyscrapers. Public transportation includes a tram station, available just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment offers one of the most fantastic 78th floor views of the city.
- Central air conditioning is provided.
- Both bedroom and living room have balcony access.
- The living room has large windows offering plenty of natural light.
- It needs to be said again - the apartment view is amazing.
