This modern 1-bedroom apartment has 1 ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining and living area. The apartment covers an area of 79 m2 and has a lovely little balcony with a view of the marina. The living room has 3 comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a flat-screen television.
The apartment is located on Marina Promenade, in Dubai Marina. This is an opulent residential area within walking distance of the Marina Mall, the beach and plenty of excellent restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very bright with large floor to ceiling windows.
- There is a lovely little balcony with a small table and chairs.
- The bedroom also takes in the view and has modern furnishings including a queen sized bed, and bedside tables.
- This apartment is located on the 12th floor and has beautiful views of the marina.
- Tenants have access to the pool area in the apartment complex.
- The bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and there is also an additional toilet room.
