This studio apartment for rent on Rue François Hellinckx is a small, but comfortable and bright, open space. The room has a double bed and standalone wardrobe, as well as shelving and a table with chairs. One of the cool features is the hidden spaces. The bathroom is behind a sliding door. It’s not a large area, but is has a shower and will suit your purposes. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, hotplate, and a microwave, as well as a cooking exhaust. Cupboard space is limited, but it’s equipped with dishes, pots, and pans, too. When you aren’t cooking, all you need to do is slide the door and voila: the kitchen disappears.
Koekelberg is just northwest of downtown Brussels. It’s very well connected to the city, and public transportation can get you to the city center in 15 minutes. Closer to home you have everything you need. Lidl Supermarket, banks, and shops are just 5 minutes west. If you walk a few minutes east, you’ll find an Aldi Supermarket, a bakery, and a gym. If you enjoy being active or just like sports, Stadium Sippelberg and the Victoria Sports Center are just a few minutes from your new home. And, if you’re a student, the Catholic University of Brussels is less than a 15-minute walk away.
