Located just 15 minutes from Brussels City Center is this lovely 15 m² studio apartment available to rent. The cozy apartment is perfect for 1 person with an L-shapd sofa bed that opens up into a double bed. The studio has wood flooring and windows that keep it filled with natural light. You have a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, a bathroom, and a standalone wardrobe and shelving for storage.

Koekelberg is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking to live among the locals and immerse yourself in the true culture of the city. The area is popular with native Dutch speakers, which also means you have some delicious Dutch cuisine. You are very well-connected by Metro and have plenty of amenities nearby including a bakery and gym.
