This roomy studio apartment to rent on Behrenstraße. While the entire studio is great, the sunroom balcony adds a bit more to make it wonderful. The bathroom is modern and has a larger than typical shower stall. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is shoe storage at the entrance and a wardrobe in the open-plan space. You get a comfy double bed, as well as a dining space, study area with a desk, and living area with comfy seating and a TV.
Your new studio apartment in Mitte is close to famous tourist sites like Brandenburg Gate. With this in mind, you’ll run across a lot of travelers in this location. However, this means you’re also close to fabulous cafés and restaurants. You’ll still find a few quirky bars in this otherwise trendy part of Berlin. You’ll also find off-the-beaten track spots, a shopping center, and lots of stores. You can pick up groceries nearby, and the neighborhood meets most of your daily needs.
What we liked the most
- There is a common laundry room in the building.
- You can’t beat the amount of space in the studio.
- The location of your new home is central.
- Humboldt University is close. Public transit easily gets you to other schools.
