This cool studio apartment to rent on Behrenstraße. There are coat hooks and a shoe storage at the entrance. The bathroom, which has a big shower cabinet, is here too. The cute kitchenette doesn’t have a lot of storage, but it’s fully equipped. There is a large wardrobe for clothes in the bedroom area. The studio is a lot more spacious than you might expect. It’s furnished with a double bed. There is a wall-mounted TV. The living area has a sofa and chair. And there is a study space with a desk and chair, as well as a furnished sunroom.
Your new apartment is in the centrally located neighborhood of Mitte. There is little you won’t find in this area. Stores, bars, restaurants, and cafés are all around your block. There are supermarkets close by. And you aren’t far from some of the most popular sights in Berlin. Checkpoint Charlie is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Brandenburg Gate is even closer. You’ll always have plenty to see and do close to your new home.
What we liked the most
- There is a wonderful sunroom balcony facing the interior courtyard.
- You’ll find a common laundry room in the building.
- Humboldt University of Berlin is only a 5-minute walk away.
- Public transportation links are excellent.
