This bright studio apartment on Pamėnkalnio Gatvė, in Centras, is stylishly decorated and opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views. The 34 m² property has an open plain kitchen and living area with a sofa and dining table, and there is also a semi-independent sleeping area with a double bed.
The apartment is centrally located, close to the river and only 2 minutes from a bus stop. This lively area is home to theatres, museums, restaurants, and other cultural attractions, offering plenty to see and do.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and modern, and comes equipped with brand new furnishings.
- There is plenty of storage space, including built-in storage in the bathroom.
- The balcony comes furnished with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your coffee outdoors.
- The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including a half-refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven.
- This fantastic central location will make an excellent base to explore the city.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will need to arrange this service if required.
- The kitchen is not equipped, but the landlord could provide cooking and dining utensils for long term tenants by previous arrangement.
