There is a room available to rent in a 2-bedroom apartment with live-in landlady on Taikos gatvė in Justiniškės. This is a spacious furnished apartment with a modern kitchen that flows into a comfortable living room with a large TV and balcony. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and sink, and a separate room with a toilet.
This apartment is located North-west of the city centre and is fairly well connected by buses to the rest of the city. It is in a suburban and quiet, green neighbourhood with some shops and restaurant nearby.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious and charming double room with a warm colour scheme. It has a sofa that is convertible into a double bed. This room is well-furnished with a desk and chair and large wardrobe that gives plenty of space to store belongings. There is also a small TV in this room to keep you entertained.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has glossy, wooden floors.
- The toilet is separate for the bathroom, so you won't have to wait if someone is having a shower or bath.
- The living room is spacious and modern.
- There is a small balcony, a nice place to sit on a hot day.
- Nearby is Buivydiškės Manor, a historic building located on a set of lakes and by a horse riding school.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
- The landlady has a small dog who can be quite energetic, this may be hard for someone who does not like animals.
