This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Fabijoniškės is a bright and modern property with a small balcony overlooking the lovely neighborhood. The 68 m² property has dark hardwood flooring and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a large open-plan kitchen and living room, fully furnished and perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The bedroom is also well-sized and you have a bathroom and toilet room.
Fabijoniškės is a historic micro-district, which means it is full of similar looking apartment buildings with grassy yards, surrounded by trees. This is a great residential area, especially because you are well-connected by bus and have the Mandarinas shopping center just a 5-minute away. If you enjoy doing sports outdoors, you are also a short walk to a large and lush park.
What we liked the most
- Jutas, our Homechecker, thought the apartment was very bright.
- We liked the neighborhood views from the balcony.
- There is a washer-dryer unit.
- You have buses, a mall, and a park nearby.
