This modern 1-bedroom apartment on V. Žalakevičiaus gatvė, in Antakalnis is beautifully decorated and opens out onto a gorgeous private balcony. The 54 m² property has a stylish open plan kitchen and living area, central heating, and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, 5 minutes from a bus stop, and close to a shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants. The Europos Humanitarinis Universitetas is also located nearby, making this an ideal location for postgraduate students attending this institution.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.
- The apartment is located in a modern apartment complex, with a lovely communal courtyard.
- The living area is equipped with a sofa and dining table, so you can relax with family and friends at the end of the day.
- The apartment has a parking space with a cellar available at an extra cost.
- Zirmunu Beach is a 20-minute walk away.
- The UNO Park amusement park is located nearby, providing an excellent option for some fun outdoors on a day off!
