This studio apartment for rent on Hollgasse has two sunny windows and parquet flooring. The entrance hall and main living space are both quite spacious. Near the front door, you’ll find a toilet room and bathroom, which has a shower cabinet and washing machine. The open-concept space has a one-wall kitchen that is fully equipped. Cupboards are ample, and there is dishwasher. The rest of the space is furnished with a 2-seat table, armchair, coffee table, sideboard with a TV, and a wardrobe. The sofa pulls out into a double bed.
Margareten is one of the most densely-populated neighborhoods in the city. It’s also a great spot to live with plentiful cocktail lounges, bars, and restaurants. There are a few nearby supermarkets, including a Eurospar across the street. At Naschmarkt, 25 minutes away, you can pick up fresh produce. You can even fix yourself a basket and picnic in the nearby Leopold Rister Park. Or why not take in some culture on the weekends by visiting the Vienna Art Gallery or the Künstlerhaus 1050 museum? Both are less than a 10-minute walk away.
