This sunny studio apartment in Floridsdorf on Pilzgasse in Floridsdorf is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen. This 46m² property has many modern furnishings and appliances. The bathroom is bright and large and has a standing shower. The spacious studio area is comfortable and has lots of storage, with a walk-in closet and shelving, as well as a desk for studying. Living here you will also benefit from the spacious, landscaped interior courtyard and garden with green grass for you to lie on on sunny afternoons, a barbecue area so you can cook up a feast with your neighbours or some guests, as well as a table-tennis table and a playground. There is also a sizable swimming pool where you can get some morning exercise and a lounge area to relax and catch your breath afterwards.
The apartment is located near plenty of restaurants, and a university. Floridsdorf U-Bahn is under 10 minutes away, and there are gyms, public pools, a hospital, parks, and a grocery store all in the vicinity. You will also be just a stroll away from the Alte Donau/Old Danube river, where you can relax and enjoy the views.

- The studio is well-furnished and the shelving gives you some privacy in such an open space.
- For a studio apartment, there is plenty of space to stretch out.
- The location is convenient, just a few minutes away from everything you need, such as the metro or supermarkets.
- The apartment is sunny and lets in plenty of natural light.
