Spotahome's opinion
This bright and modern studio is available to rent within walking distance of central Vienna. The studio is furnished with a comfy single bed, a desk and a large wardrobe where you can store your belongings, while a large window makes the space bright with natural light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals. There is a communal laundry room where you will find both a washer and dryer, and the building also has a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and get to know your neighbours. The building also has its own private cinema.
The apartment is located in the north of Vienna where you are about 40 minutes from the city centre by foot or 20 if you use public transport. The property is located right between the vast Augarten park and the Danube river, meaning you can easily enjoy a weekend picnic in a green and open area or take a riverside stroll, all while staying centrally located.
Please note that studios in this building are all furnished identically, and therefore Spotahome is using the photo set from one rentable unit to represent multiple units in the building. The only notable difference between units in this building are in total area, monthly rent and whether or not they have balconies.
